King for a Day {again}

After going MIA for two weeks in the I Heart Faces contest, I'm jumping back in and giving it another go. This week they're celebrating birthdays. And as you probably already know, two weekends ago, we celebrated one of our own. Somebody around here turned 3 and it looks like that little someone wanted to continue his birthday celebration again this past Saturday and be King for a day. Although the crown says IT'S MY BIRTHDAY, we were actually at a local family fun center celebrating the birthday of one of our little friends. But hey, who said the party had to end, right?! So, my little King hopped onto this inflatable thrown and relished in the birthday glory one more time before heading back to the castle. Sorry to say, your Majesty, but the party's over. Until next year.........

First of all, thank you for visiting my blog and leaving such a great comment. I have been snooping around your blog and your family is so cute. Love that the party didn't stop for your little guy. The Catawba Science Center was a great idea and I love your Wilmington pictures. I've only driven though Wilmington - never got out to tour (besides the USS NC).

Yes, I'm the Tar Heel and hubby isn't. With him being a Wolfpacker, I almost always have bragging rights. Glad to find another NC girl. Hope we can get to know each other a lot more. Meeting new people is so much fun!
